Position: Senior Media Buyer (High-Scale Campaigns)Mode : Hybrid (Initial 4 months work from office , then 90 days work from home in 1 year )Location: Mohali, Punjab| Experience: 3+ years in ecommerce performance marketing

We're seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and others. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness through high-performing ad strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute full-funnel ad strategies tailored to campaign objectives (awareness, conversions, retargeting, etc.).

Manage and optimize ad accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and creative direction. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.

Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI — proactively identifying trends and optimization opportunities. A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance. Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with platform changes, advertising best practices, and emerging trends. Requirements3+ years of experience in paid advertising, media buying, or performance marketing. Proven success managing budgets and scaling ad campaigns profitably.

Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with funnel-building, retargeting strategies, and lead generation.

Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience into performance Marketinga and Media BuyingFamiliarity with video ad production and UGC content. Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
