About the Role We are seeking a Business Process and Data Integration Consultant with technology consulting experience in integrating multiple technology stacks. He/She should be familiar with traditional software development methodologies but also completely comfortable in contemporary Agile models. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. This role will work closely with the Delivery team to design and configure customer solutions He/She must have an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement DBSync's products and technology to meet customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:  Understanding of Workflow management and Data integration / management technologies  You will review, and modify the platform with the internal/external stakeholders, to meet deal requirements and to close the deal  Business Analysis planning and monitoring, Enterprise Analysis, Requirement management and communication  Experience with project life cycle; Agile concepts  Experience with customer presentation  Technical competence in integration and testing of integrated solutions  Engage with all customers, internal teams and Partners for project delivery  Effective communication and excellent demonstrable product knowledge  Refine and improve the blended delivery processes  Ability to work independently and with the team to ensure quality of deliverablesEducation/Experience Skills and Qualifications Required:  Prior experience in Workflow Automation, Data Management and technical background  5+ years delivering technical solutions in software sales, services, engineering, or support  Must have experience in Data integration or automation applications like TIBCO, MuleSoft, Workato, Jitterbit, Celigo, Dell Boomi, Zapier  Experience working in industries like service, healthcare, ecommerce  PL SQL, Web/REST Services will be an added advantage  Hands on experience in data integration and migrations  Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all customer levels  Working experience with relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems  Understanding and experience defining and managing key metrics, including financial targets, industry-standard metrics, and stakeholder Experience = 6+ Years Notice Period = 45 days Shift = U.S (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 PM IST) Process Details HR Round ( telephonic)/ Technical round/ Discussion with VP of Engineering/Final round
