About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Consultant / Business Analyst to join our ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, analytical mindset, and a growing interest in ERP systems—especially Acumatica. You will work closely with clients, gather requirements, map processes, and support solution design using modern AI-powered tools and methodologies.

This role is perfect for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, business operations, and ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Acumatica Functional Consulting

  2. Assist in implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP modules such as Finance, Distribution, CRM, Project Accounting, and Inventory.

  3. Participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes.

  4. Document functional requirements, system workflows, and solution design.

  5. Business Process Mapping

  6. Work with clients to understand and map end-to-end business processes.

  7. Identify gaps between current processes and standard ERP functionality.

  8. Recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices.

  9. Requirements Gathering in an AI-Driven Environment

  10. Conduct requirement workshops using traditional and AI-augmented approaches.

  11. Collect, analyze, and validate client requirements using structured templates and AI tools.

  12. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

  13. AI-Powered Consulting Workflows

  14. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve consulting efficiency—research, documentation, summarization, and validation.

  15. Support creation of solution designs, test cases, flowcharts, and documentation using AI assistance.

  16. Automating Business Processes with AI

  17. Work with senior consultants to identify opportunities for automation using AI and Acumatica features.

  18. Assist in building AI-driven workflows, approval of automations, and integrations.

  19. Functional Documents & User Story Creation

  20. Draft BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria with the help of AI tooling.

  21. Maintain clear, structured, and client-ready documentation across project phases.

  22. Exposure to Real Project Scenarios

  23. Participate in client calls, demos, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT cycles.

  24. Learn to navigate real-time project constraints such as timelines, change requests, and business pressures.
  25. Support delivery teams with post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP concepts, business processes, or functional consulting.
  • Understanding core business domains: Finance, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing (plus).
  • Ability to learn Acumatica ERP quickly.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
