Looking for Senior Finance Manager for a Fire Engineering Company

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Business Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner to key stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, analysis, and presentations
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Manage the annual budget process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and assumptions. Monitor budget performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function. Leverage technology to automate financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
- Ad-hoc financial projects as required for Business Development and Organizational Growth.

Job Requirements
- Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Masters in Finance / CA
- Years of Experience: 5-6 years
- Technical Skills: Tally Prime, Tally ERP, Excel & MS Office, Advance Excel
- Behavioral Skills: Team Work, Management skills, Risk Assessment, Analytical Skills, Financial Planning (8) Budget & forecasting.
