
Sales and Business Development Executive – Fire

Company Overview:
We are a leading manufacturer of fire extinguishers, provider of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and executors of fire safety projects for various industrial, commercial, and residential clients. We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Business Development Manager to help us grow our market share and expand our client base in the Mumbai and West India region.
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and driving revenue growth through sales of fire extinguishers, AMC services, and turnkey fire safety projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for fire extinguishers, AMC services, and fire safety projects.
Identify and acquire new clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, facility managers, and OEM partners.
Act as the point of contact for high-value and strategic customers.
Maintain customer database, visit logs, and follow-up schedules.
Project & AMC Sales:
Pitch fire safety solutions to clients including project-based installations, upgradation of systems, and preventive maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and AMC services.
Technical Presentations & Bidding:
Present technical and sales proposals to clients, architects, consultants, and decision-makers.
Lead tendering and bidding processes for large-scale fire safety projects.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales or business development (Fire & Safety industry preferred).
Proven track record in regional sales management and key account handling.
Experience in AMC sales and project-based service selling is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory (minimum 40%).
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to fire protection standards and safety regulations.
Familiarity with ISI/UL listed fire extinguishers and other fire safety products.
Network of contacts within facility management, construction, or industrial sectors.

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
