Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems, etc.).
- Handle sales inquiries, client visits and project follow-ups.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline reports.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of fire protection systems or related products.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Existing client network in the fire safety industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
