We are a leading Fire & Safety Services company dedicated to delivering reliable and high-quality solutions to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate invoices for clients based on project work, contracts, and timelines.
  • Handle incoming payments and reconcile them against invoices.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure account reconciliation.
  • Address and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies with clients.
  • Keep organized and up-to-date billing documentation for all projects.
  • Prepare and share billing reports with the finance department and management.
  • Provide billing data and documentation during project audits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing queries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to validate billing details.
  • Ensure compliance with both government and private project billing procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related roles (Fire & Safety industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems such as Tally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of government and private project billing procedures.
  • Basic understanding of the Fire & Safety Services industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
