Role Overview

We're looking for a
Growth Generalist
who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This is not a narrow role, you'll be working across marketing, partnerships, product positioning, and community building to help Quash grow faster. Think of it as being part marketer, part strategist, part operator, and part experimenter.

What You'll Do

  • Run experiments across acquisition channels (content, LinkedIn, ads, partnerships, influencer outreach, events).
  • Analyze data to find growth levers and double down on what's working.
  • Build and manage community initiatives (QA Connect meetups, newsletters, Slack/WhatsApp groups).
  • Collaborate with product and design to shape messaging, positioning, and onboarding flows.
  • Handle scrappy projects end-to-end, from idea to execution to reporting.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market trends, spotting opportunities early.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, product, or startup operations.
  • A
    Generalist mindset
    — you're comfortable context-switching and learning new skills fast.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills (blogs, LinkedIn posts, landing pages).
  • Comfort with data — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you can dig into analytics and dashboards to find answers.
  • A bias for action — you'd rather test and learn than over-plan.
  • Curiosity about startups, SaaS, AI, and the QA/DevOps ecosystem is a big plus.
