Human Resource Manager
to join us and play a key role in managing our workforce and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    hiring process
    : identifying staffing needs, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding.
  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment cycle
    and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and managers.
  • Oversee
    staff management
    and support employees in their workflow and development.
  • Ensure smooth
    office operations
    by maintaining discipline, workplace culture, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and practices aligned with company goals.
  • Act as a
    point of contact
    for employees regarding HR queries and workplace issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving attitude and people-first mindset.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager/HR Generalist will be a plus.
