Location: Remote (Must be based in Mumbai, India)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our lead generation and outbound outreach efforts. This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must be based in Mumbai and available to work U.S. hours (PST/EST preferred). You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives

  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor messaging

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads and opportunities in our CRM

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategy

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (e.g., calls made, meetings booked)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR role

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proven experience using sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.)

  • Confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections and driving conversations

  • Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work U.S. time zones

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
