Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations across the dealership. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the profitability and growth of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and oversee all sales operations to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and retain existing customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels through effective complaint resolution and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments (Service, Finance, HR) to enhance overall dealership operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
