We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the accounts and finance team with daily accounting tasks, bookkeeping, data entry, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare and enter vouchers (purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal).
  • Maintain ledgers, cash book, and other financial records.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
  • Generate and review financial reports and invoices.
  • Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and tax returns
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice and payment queries.
  • Assist with audits and financial reviews as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma in Accounting or Finance

  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may also apply)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
