Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com or M.Com
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting with Tally.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling multiple branch accounts.
  • Exposure to accounting for educational institutions or service-based companies (added advantage).

Salary:

Range : 12000 to 16000

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
