Full job description

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Executive with 3+ years of hospital experience in accounting operations and practical knowledge of accounting software . The ideal candidate will support financial processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal postings.
  • Support GST filings, billing processes, and inventory-related accounting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and support audit preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally.
  • Good understanding of GST compliance, billing systems, and inventory processes.
  • Familiarity with core accounting principles and basic financial analysis.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
  • Experience assisting in audits and working with cross-functional departments.
