Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising all restaurant operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.
- Monitor guest feedback and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain service excellence.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and monitoring attendance and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (FSSAI & HACCP).
- Support in managing restaurant inventory, requisitions, and cost control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special event coordination.
- Ensure all billing and cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation and daily reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B Service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage trends, and guest handling techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
