Role & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking safety performance, analyzing data and preparing reports for management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducting Safety Trainings for employees.
  • Monitoring Safety Compliances and Ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Investigating accidents or incidents to determine causes and prevent future occurrences.
  • Reporting safety concerns or issues to management.
  • Identifying potential hazards and risks in the workplace through inspections and audits, and recommending solutions to mitigate them.
  • Monitoring all Permit to work activities according to global health & safety standards.
  • Conducting practical emergency equipment handling sessions as per requirement.
  • Maintain Safety displays all over the site
  • Investigate all the safety related observation with tracker, timeline and closure.
