Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager, located in Neemrana. The Hotel Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. The role also involves managing sales goals and maintaining accurate records of sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
  • Experience in Marketing and the ability to collaborate on promotional campaigns
  • Proven leadership abilities and the capability to manage a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly desirable
