About the Role

Haut Monde Rajputana Palace is seeking a dynamic and passionate
Food & Beverage Manager
to lead our culinary and service teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise, leadership skills, and creativity to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence and innovation in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, banquets, bar, and room service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and hygiene across all F&B outlets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage special events, weddings, and corporate functions in collaboration with the Banquet and Sales teams.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve departmental profitability targets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4/5-star property.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Passion for hospitality and a customer-first approach.
  • Hands-on, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
