**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- To be committed and dedicate time, effort and attention to offering a food and beverage product, which in quality and presentation reflects the vision and brand personality of the hotel
- To coordinate the business activities in Food & Beverage Service
- To consistently monitor F&B cost and recommend pro-active action to enhance the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check on guests’ satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback and follow-up
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Assist F&B management in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to restaurant employees
- Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to F&B management
- Ensure that operating equipment is maintained and service and storage areas are kept safe and clean
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- To ensure that guests receive the attention and service they require
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the F&B management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in luxury hotel or resort and well trained in F&B operations
- Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in English communication
- Experience with MICROS system preffered.
