What you will do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Mumbai region, targeting key accounts across
OTT platforms, production houses, startups, and branding agencies
for projects ranging from ads to series and movies. - Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Mumbai media and entertainment ecosystem.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable market feedback to the product and founding teams to help shape our future offerings.
The ideal candidate would be:
- A seasoned sales professional with
5+ years of on-ground, client-facing sales experience. - Mandatory experience in B2B SaaS sales is non-negotiable.
- This is primarily an on-field role
, requiring frequent in-person meetings with clients across Mumbai. - Expected to leverage their own strong, existing network of contacts within OTT platforms, production houses, branding agencies, and startups in Mumbai.
- A strategic thinker with a "hunter" mentality, adept at identifying new business opportunities and driving them to closure.
- An exceptional communicator and presenter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about technology, AI, and its transformative potential in the creative industry.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Based in Mumbai with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
