dynamic US Technical Recruiters
with proven expertise in
end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market
. The ideal candidate will excel at
sourcing, engaging, and closing top technology talent
while collaborating closely with US hiring managers and leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on exclusive requirements with
Fortune 500 and mid-tier clients
, building strong pipelines across diverse technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in
    Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML
    .
  • Conduct
    resume reviews, technical pre-screens, and candidate assessments
    .
  • Manage the
    full recruitment lifecycle
    : sourcing, interviewing, negotiations, and closures.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and leverage
    ATS/CRM systems
    effectively.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (
    time-to-fill, quality of hire, submittal-to-hire ratio
    ).
  • Ensure an excellent
    candidate experience
    through consistent updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR on
    compliance, onboarding, and documentation
    .
  • Support
    employer branding, referral programs, and recruitment marketing
    initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a
    US Technical Recruiter
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (
    spoken and written
    ) with a neutral accent / no MTI.
  • Strong knowledge of
    US hiring practices, compliance, and visa types
    (H1B, H4-EAD, GC, Citizens, OPT/CPT).
  • Hands-on expertise with
    sourcing platforms
    : LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Proficiency in
    ATS/CRM systems
    .
  • Strong
    multitasking, negotiation, and stakeholder management
    abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience hiring in
    niche technologies
    (AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
  • Exposure to
    VMS hiring
    and client-direct requirements.
  • Background in
    remote/distributed hiring
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/project-based recruitment environments
