Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter

Experience - 2+yrs

Location: Gachibowli, 5 days Onsite

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with proven experience working on Implementation Partner positions, State Client positions, and Direct Client requirements in both IT and Healthcare domains. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing top talent to extending offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and ATS. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct phone/video screenings, assess skills & cultural fit, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Client & Hiring Support: Submit candidates as per client needs, create job descriptions, and develop interview guides.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a US Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US job market.
  • Experience in IT and Healthcare recruitment (Implementation Partners, State Clients, Direct Clients).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
