We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruiting IT professionals for clients across the US market, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.
  • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and contract terms with candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
  • Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements, ensuring updates in ATS/CRM tools (like Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.).
  • Stay updated with market trends and client requirements to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
  • Hands-on experience working with job portals and professional networking sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn) is preferred.
