Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals for various roles. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also be responsible for technical recruiting and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
  • Proficient in Hiring processes and strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
