About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven freshers who want to build their career in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates from job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles.
  • Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn US Recruitment processes.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (US Timings).
