Sales Manager – BFSI & Retail Growth


is hiring a
Sales Manager
to drive growth for our flagship
BhaiyaaOS+ platform
across BFSI (Banking, Fintech, Insurance) and Retail modules (Products & Services).

What You'll Do

  • Drive
    sales, alliances, and partnerships
    within BFSI & Retail ecosystems.
  • Develop and close
    enterprise deals
    while managing
    MSME and retail onboarding
    .
  • Build strategic alliances with
    banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and e-commerce partners
    .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch
    co-branded growth campaigns
    .
  • Lead a small sales team and consistently deliver on
    revenue growth KPIs
    .

What We're Looking For

  • MBA from a reputed institute
    (engineering background preferred).
  • 6–10 years
    of sales/business development experience in
    e-commerce or BFSI fintech
    .
  • Proven track record in driving
    enterprise SaaS or digital platform sales
    .
  • Strong skills in
    negotiation, relationship management, and ecosystem building
    .
