Job Title: Solution Sales Hunter – BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Location: U.S. (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic hunter to penetrate new logos in the BFSI sector: banks, insurance carriers, capital-markets firms and fintechs. You will identify target accounts, engage senior buyers, position our technology services, manage the full sales cycle, and win strategic enterprise engagements. You will bring industry contacts, closing agility and a relentless sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and close new enterprise accounts within BFSI (banks, insurers, fintechs, trading firms).
  • Use your network and existing relationships to drive rapid conversions.
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Translate our AI-native technology and services into BFSI-specific value: risk analytics, fraud detection, digital banking ops, embedded finance, insurance automation.
  • Work cross-functionally with solutions engineering, product, marketing and customer success to craft compelling proposals and demos.
  • Maintain healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, exceed quota.
  • Understand buying dynamics in regulated financial services: procurement, compliance, vendor risk.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); under ~8 years post-graduation.
  • Proven enterprise sales or new business development experience (3-7 years) in BFSI or fintech.
  • Strong network of senior contacts in banking/insurance/fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell technology or services into complex, regulated financial organisations.
  • High performer, driven, comfortable with rapid growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements.
