Industry: Staffing & Talent Solutions (Technology Clients, GCCs, BFSI)

Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview:

We are hiring Business Development Manager to expand our business in IT staffing and workforce solutions, with a focus on Technology clients, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and BFSI organizations.

You will handle the complete business development cycle from identifying prospects and making cold calls to building client relationships and signing Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The role demands strong skills in client acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and CXO-level engagement, along with deep knowledge of workforce requirements in both BFSI and technology sectors and the ability to deliver customized staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for BFSI and IT clients for winning new clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of BFSI firms, IT companies, and GCCs and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Manage end-to-end sales including cold calls, Follow up calls, meetings with stakeholders, proposals, pricing, coordination of agreements and task orders and signing of contracts.
  • Drive RPO deals, and HTD programs to grow revenues.
  • Manage CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across BFSI and IT.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Working against targets for revenue and profitability and reporting

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in business development for staffing/talent solutions.
  • Proven success in BFSI/IT staffing sales, closing large contracts.
  • Strong network with CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
