Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing new clients for our recruitment & staffing services. The person in this role will own the entire business development cycle: sourcing leads, understanding client needs, pitching service offerings, closing contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction & renewal. This role will be key in scaling our client base and increasing revenue in both domestic and possibly international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients (start-ups, SMEs, large enterprises) who require hiring support. Use cold calling, LinkedIn/outbound email campaigns, networking, referrals.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Engagement & Needs Mapping
Meet with HR Heads / Hiring Managers / CXOs to understand their hiring challenges, culture, timelines.
Assess their staffing requirements (permanent, temporary, contract, volume staffing etc.).
- Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation
Prepare proposals ("staffing solution packages"), service level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures.
Negotiate terms, close contracts, ensuring profitability and clarity in scope of work.
- Account Onboarding & Collaboration
Once client is signed, hand over to recruitment / delivery teams with all requirements, expectations.
Ensure smooth client onboarding, regular follow-ups and feedback loops to guarantee service delivery aligns with promise.
- Targets, Metrics & Reporting
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual client acquisition / revenue targets.
Track key metrics: lead conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, client satisfaction, renewal / repeat business.
Report progress to senior management; propose adjustments to strategy or processes as needed.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor staffing / recruitment market trends in India (and globally, if applicable): sector hiring trends, salary benchmarks, competitor offerings.
Identify new sectors or geographies to expand into.
- Relationship Management & Networking
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell additional services (e.g. payroll, temporary staffing, outsourcing, etc.).
Build external networks: attend HR forums, meetups, industry events, etc.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business / HR / Commerce / Management or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Typically 3-7 years in business development / sales in recruitment, staffing, HR services, or related B2B services. More senior roles may require 8-10+ years.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients in recruitment or staffing domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion & negotiation skills. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (HR Heads / CXOs).
- Target‐driven mindset, self-starter; able to manage pipeline and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales process (lead tracking, forecasting etc.).
- Analytical skills—able to use data to drive decisions and optimize outreach.
- Good partner & internal stakeholder collaboration (delivery teams, operations, etc.).
- Comfortable in a fast‐paced, competitive and changing environment.
Preferred / Good‐to‐Have
- Experience across multiple sectors (IT, non-IT, startups, etc.).
- Existing professional network in hiring / HR circles in Bengaluru / India.
- Understanding of offer pricing models, margin management in staffing.
- Exposure to international clients or remote hiring.

Pay: ₹25, ₹65,000.00 per month
