Regional / Area Manager Client Acquisition / Onboarding Mid Corporates 2 Years Bangalore

A leading global organization is seeking an experienced professional to join their Mid Corporate Group in the Business Development department. This role requires a strong background in sales, client onboarding, relationship management, and a sound understanding of financial products and debt markets.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the origination of Business for the Mid Corporate Group within the assigned region.
  2. Acquire new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure business growth.
  3. Develop and implement market intelligence strategies, preparing detailed sales plans by geography and service offerings.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, business processes, and competitor activities relevant to client industries.
  5. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
Requirements:
  1. Strong experience in sales, particularly in client onboarding and relationship management.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  3. Solid understanding of financial products, particularly in debt markets.
  4. Proven success in acquiring new clients and managing long-term client relationships.
  5. Track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
