Role Description
The Regional Acquisitions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, India. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new clients while building and maintaining strong relationships within the assigned region. The manager will analyze market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational success. Additionally, the role includes driving revenue growth, monitoring key performance metrics, and representing the company in key client and industry engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven skills (6-10 years of experience) in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship management
- Experience in market analysis, strategy execution, and business development
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and achieve regional growth targets
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in technology-driven platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Previous experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
