Role Overview:

The Sr. Manager - Operations will be responsible for end-to-end management of a large student housing campus. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent resident experience, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other support teams.
  • Oversee daily campus operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory and supplies.
  • Address resident grievances and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with university or institutional teams for operational alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and other regulatory protocols.
  • Maintain operational records and generate periodic management reports.
  • Monitor and analyze tickets (issues) to identify trends and drive process improvement.
  • Manage key stakeholder expectations effectively.
