About the position

This role is responsible for driving integrated Design & Architectureof Network & Security by translating business requirement to technology. ServiceDelivery Architects (SDA) are responsible for Leading the program servicedelivery from technological point of view in integrated design, solution &delivery aspects of infrastructure and security. This role is responsible for visualizing theImplementation & Operation phase. Create integrated and detailed Low-LevelDesign for Network Security and Cloud Security Technologies. Oversight the Implementation and make surethe designed document is implemented and addresses the problem quicker. Support the Project Manager in planning thework and project plans. Provide theupdates to management periodic. Creatingthe post deployments and demonstration of the UAT test cases to theCustomer. Do the necessary work to getthe Customer signoff for the project and do the Knowledge transfer to theassurance team.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will perform as Individual Contributor and lead the program service delivery from technological point of view in design, solution & delivery aspects of infrastructure and security.
• This function is a critical partner for the Service Delivery & Solutions function.
• This lead role interacts extensively with internal stakeholders across Solutions, Service Delivery, Engineering, Cyber Services Response Center, Product and Captive teams.
• This role is responsible for visualizing the Implementation & Operation phase and creating the integrated and details Low-Level Design for Network Security and Cloud Security Technologies.
• Oversight the Implementation and make sure the designed document is implemented and addresses the problem quicker.
• Support the Project Manager in planning the work and project plans.
• Provide the updates to management periodic.
• Creating the post deployments and demonstration of the UAT test cases to the Customer.
• Do the necessary work to get the Customer signoff for the project and do the Knowledge transfer to the assurance team.

RequiredTechnical expertise / Certification / Skill.

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related IT field
• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a leading MSSP, OEM partner, and/or IT security experience in service delivery
• Professional certification in IT security and cloud technologies.
• Ability to adapt and follow the processes and guidelines.
• Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity.
• Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy & intricacies of management reporting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative & reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment.

Experience

• Should have at least 12+ years of core experiencein Cyber Security and cloud infrastructure.
• Should have had extensive experience in handlingCyber security solutions including Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems,Anti-DoS, Unified threat management solutions, Load Balancers, Web ApplicationFirewall (WAF), Secure Web Gateway, Zero Trust Network Access, SIEM, SOAR, EDR,UEBA, CTI, etc. Very good experience inarchitecting the Network designs & troubleshooting. Understanding of other security solutionslike DNS Security, Anti-APT, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint, Servers& Mobile Protection, Sandboxing, SSL inspection, Hardware Security Module(HSM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Privileged Identify Management (PIM),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity and Access Management (IDAM),Database Activity Monitor (DAM), Cloud Security and technologies.
• Should have extensive experience in the integrationof network security components into multi-factor authentication solutions,SIEMs, Syslog, SNMP-based monitoring, etc. Should have experience inbackup/restoring/building new devices from scratch and integrating them intothe production environment.
• Should have experience in working on larger Cybersecurity solution migrations like replacing a solution completely, migrating asolution from one vendor platform to another.
• Should have been a part of design aspects ofnetwork security solutions in the past and should be able to design optimizedyet effective network security architectures.
• Should have had extensive experience in managingsecurity architectures & environments that are spread across thedatacentres. Should have handled setupsin scale.
• Should have a strong understanding of the TCP/IPstack, Routing and switching concepts, Physical layers, Connectivity,Hypervisors, Virtualization, and basic hardware understanding.
• Should have a strong understanding of routingprotocols like BGP and switching concepts like VLANs, trunks, encapsulation,etc.
• Should have Team management, good communication andcustomer handling skills.
• Should have handled a technical team & partnersand delivered & manage the project.
