Sales Process Optimization
Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows and customer engagement models. Standardize best practices across regions and teams.
Sales Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs, sales playbooks, and onboarding materials. Drive adoption of CRM and other sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
Performance Management
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess team performance. Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Data & Analytics
Analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and win/loss trends. Ensure data integrity and reporting consistency across platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies. Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
