Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting and promoting products and services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. They will maintain strong customer relationships, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing product training to customers when needed, and collaborating with the sales management team for strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Proven Sales skills, including an understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide clients or peers as required.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple clients efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of leading automotive products and confidence in providing product demonstrations is beneficial.
