Job Summary

We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and responsible Receptionist & Back Office Support Executive to manage front-desk operations and assist in documentation, customer coordination, and administrative tasks. This individual will play a key role in representing our company to clients and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Reception

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers with a professional approach.
  • Handle incoming calls, maintain call logs, and transfer calls to concerned departments.
  • Maintain visitor records, meeting schedules, and appointment coordination.
  • Manage front desk cleanliness, reception area, and basic office discipline.

Back Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper client records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing agreements, brochures, presentations, and follow-up trackers.
  • Handle email communications, courier coordination, and internal communication.
  • Perform data entry of leads, client interactions, and daily project status updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, support staff, and internal departments for smooth office operations.

Customer Support / Coordination

  • Follow up with leads via call, mail, and WhatsApp and update CRM/lead trackers.
  • Share property details, brochures, and schedule site visits with the sales team.
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding project location, amenities, and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Odia preferred).
  • Computer proficiency—MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email drafting, WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasing personality, proactive attitude, customer service orientation.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any stream.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Reception / Admin / Back Office roles.

    (Real-estate industry experience will be preferred.)
  • Freshers with excellent communication are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Friday to Thursday)
  • Salary Range: As per industry standards.
