Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to position Logi5 as an employer of choice in the industry.
HR Operations - Recruitment Focused
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate satisfaction.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth candidate transitions into the organization.
Employee Onboarding and Integration
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
- Work closely with departments to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into their roles and the company culture.
Recruitment Policy Development
- Establish and enforce recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and implement improvements accordingly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in recruitment processes..
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
