About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to join our fast-growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with our company's growth vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close roles efficiently.
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
  • Support employer branding and participate in campus/virtual hiring drives.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field or any if exp .
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech or startups or any )
  • Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, portals, and ATS.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
