  • Core responsibilities

  • Project and task management: Coordinate projects, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.

  • Logistics and inventory: Manage supply chains, oversee inventory levels, and coordinate the shipment of goods.

  • Staff and departmental coordination: Facilitate communication between different teams, schedule staff, and support management with daily operations.

  • Administrative support: Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Process improvement: Analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and help implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Required skills and qualifications

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in office software like MS Office.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or industry, along with experience in management or team leadership, is often preferred.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is frequently required, though an associate's degree may be sufficient for some positions.

  • Other: A valid driver's license may be required for roles that involve travel to meet with suppliers or contractors.
