Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to serve as a key link between clients, the field sales team, and internal operations. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales process, coordinating client interactions, managing market data, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role is central to strengthening client relationships and enabling efficient sales and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client meetings, visits, and schedules for field sales executives.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact, purchase, and engagement details.
  • Support field executives with market mapping, territory insights, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze customer purchase patterns to identify opportunities and sales trends.
  • Act as the "buddy" for assigned field executives, assisting with mapping, reporting, and client communication.
  • Ensure smooth and timely information flow between field and office teams.
  • Prepare and maintain records of sales activity, client feedback, and market data.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Perform follow-ups, data entry, reporting, and other coordination tasks to support overall sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, mapping platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
