Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to serve as a key link between clients, the field sales team, and internal operations. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales process through effective coordination, data management, scheduling, and communication, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client meetings, visits, and schedules for field sales executives.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact, purchase, and engagement details.
  • Support field executives with market mapping, territory insights, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze customer purchase patterns to identify opportunities and sales trends.
  • Act as the "buddy" for assigned field executives, assisting with mapping, reporting, and client communication.
  • Ensure smooth and timely information flow between field and office teams.
  • Prepare and maintain records of sales activity, client feedback, and market data.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and field efficiency.
  • Perform follow-ups, data entry, reporting, and other coordination tasks to support overall sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, mapping platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
