FAIR PACK MACHINERIES Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of advanced packaging machinery. We are looking for a proactive and organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. This role will support our sales team by ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination.

**Position**: Sales Coordinator
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in sales coordination or a similar role

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **ERP systems** for managing sales processes and data
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage leads
- Knowledge of the packaging machinery industry is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and managing client communications
- Efficiently use the ERP system for sales data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and timelines
- Provide administrative support to help the sales team achieve targets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales coordination, with ERP system expertise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
