- Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including organizing sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

- **Customer Communication**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and relay feedback to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Gather information on competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly in regions where Etiicos operates.
