**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing **quotations, proposals, and presentations**.
- Maintain and update **customer databases, lead tracking, and follow-ups**.
- Coordinate and schedule **client meetings, product demonstrations, and calls**.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Order & Documentation Management**:

- Process **sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules**.
- Maintain records of **sales transactions, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups**.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related paperwork.
- Work closely with the **dispatch and logistics teams** to track shipments.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Handle **customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support requests**.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain **a strong relationship with clients**.
- Keep clients informed about **new products, offers, and updates**.

**Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Prepare and maintain **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports**.
- Track **sales performance, target achievements, and pending payments**.
- Provide insights to the sales team based on data analysis.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** in **sales coordination, admin support, or customer service**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP systems, and CRM software**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and team-oriented environment**.
