We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to take charge of the responsibilities outlined in the job description and drive our team to new heights
- Assist the sales team with managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Process sales orders, monitor their progress, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Regularly visit client locations to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct site assessments, product demonstrations, and provide information about new products or promotions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and inventory teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance analysis, and sales forecasts to management.
- Follow up with clients on product orders, updates, and service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Track and manage stock availability and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product stock meets customer demands.
- Coordinate meetings between the sales team and clients, preparing necessary documents and presentations.
- Maintain a database of client interactions, visits, and outcomes, ensuring all information is updated in CRM systems.
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues, and ensure complete client satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
