Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to act as a key link between clients, the field sales team, and internal departments. You will play a vital role in coordinating day-to-day operations, managing client interactions, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and delivery processes. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills to support both sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules, client visits, and operational activities for field sales executives.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact, purchase, and transaction details.
  • Support field teams with market mapping, route planning, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor sales data and customer purchase patterns to identify trends and operational needs.
  • Act as a communication bridge between field executives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Ensure timely flow of information for order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market performance.
  • Assist in streamlining supply chain and logistics coordination in line with company processes.
  • Perform follow-ups, data entry, and reporting to ensure smooth sales and operational outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between clients, field teams, and internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
