- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive - Agri
Spraying Services to manage end-to-end operations of our drone-based
agricultural spraying division. This role includes overseeing logistics,
coordinating field operations, managing MIS reporting, and handling the
hiring and scheduling of drone pilots.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate drone spraying schedules across assigned zones
- Ensure on-time deployment of drones, pilots, batteries, and chemicals

to the field
Monitor quality, safety, and service standards during field operations
Liaise with clients and field teams to ensure successful mission
execution
Track live operations and resolve on-ground issues in real time
- Identify pilot staffing needs based on order load and location demand

Support hiring, onboarding, and regulatory compliance for drone pilots
Maintain daily deployment plans and pilot rosters
Track pilot certification status, flight hours, and performance metrics
- Manage transportation of drones, batteries, spares, and support

equipment
Monitor and replenish inventory of agrochemicals, safety gear, and
spares
Coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance and replacements
- Conduct daily briefings with pilots and field staff

Collect and address customer feedback
Ensure smooth communication between HQ and field teams
Follow-up with vendors, partners, and customers on operational
deliverables

**Must-Have**:
1. Strong understanding of field logistics, inventory, and manpower
management
2. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related
fields
3. 1-3 years of field operations experience
4. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MIS tools
5. Ability to read and act on operational data and dashboards
6. Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms for scheduling, tracking,
etc.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills
8. Comfortable with travel and field work

**Good to Have**
9. Familiarity with drone operations and agri-tech deployment
(preferred)

**Personality Traits**
1. Written and verbal communication in English
2. Capacity to work in independently
3. Multi-tasking

**Experience Level : 1-3 years of field operations experience**
