Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to act as a key support link between clients, the field sales team, and the internal operations team. You will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships, coordinating client interactions, managing market data, and supporting field executives with insights and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and visits for field sales executives.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact, purchase, and engagement details.
  • Support field executives with detailed market mapping, territory insights, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze customer purchase patterns and behavior to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Serve as the "buddy" for assigned field executives, assisting with mapping, reporting, and client communication.
  • Ensure smooth and timely information flow between the field and office teams.
  • Prepare and maintain records of sales activity, client feedback, and market data.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and field effectiveness.
  • Perform follow-ups, data entry, reporting, and other coordination tasks to support overall client operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, mapping platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and capable of coordinating effectively between clients, field teams, and internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
