
Project Coordinator and Operations

Project Management:
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement strategies to mitigate issues.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on key metrics and milestones.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate resource availability and utilization.
- Track resource usage and identify opportunities for optimization or reallocation.
- Operational Support:
- Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support project success.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and operational performance.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, operations management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Pay: ₹9,303.74 - ₹28,165.08 per month
