**Project Coordinator**:

- REQUISITION ID: 10729
- LOCATION: Chennai, TN, IN, 600119
- DEPARTMENT: Engineering

**Your Tasks**:

- Scheduling of main component demands according to project needs.
- Follow up on not configurable options with the relevant engineering departments.
- Release, monitoring and adjustments of timelines throughout the project phase.
- Monitoring of components, regular actualization and adjustment of project supply timelines.
- Communication of supply timelines and related topics to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordination of interface meetings with all relevant parties.
- Coordination, synchronization of activities to avoid bottleneck situations and conflicts.
- As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the Group Lead of Project Coordination & Tracking.

**Your Profile**:

- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience in complex supply chains and operations.
- Fluent English is a must (German speaking is preferable)
- Experience in working with SAP ERP ECC or S/4 Hana and preferably Teamcenter.
- Very good Excel/skills, preferably VBA knowledge
- Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working.
- Very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
- Project management experience highly beneficial.
- Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude.
